What are your opening hours?

We are open from Sunday through Thursday between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m (GST).

Where are you located?

Do you have branches in other emirates?

No, we are based in Dubai but our dedicated account management team services clients across all emirates.

What if I can't find what I'm looking for on the website?

When will my order ship?

In-stock orders placed by 3:00 pm are dispatched the same day.

How will my order be shipped?

Physiomart ships via 3rd party courier company. Shipping charges are based on the order value. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with the delivery method and tracking information.

What if I need my order immediately?

The best option is to pick the order from our main office during open hours.

What are your standard local shipping charges?

  • FREE for orders more than AED 500
  • AED 30 for orders below AED 500

How long will it take to receive my order within UAE?

Our goal is to deliver all UAE orders within 2 - 3 working days, subject to product availability. On some occasions it can take a little longer. Customers will be notified by email if there's a delay with their order.

Do you have a return policy?

No, but this option will be available soon. You can pay cash on delivery of the order.

What if I receive a damaged product or a product I didn't order?

We take extra care in filling, checking and packing all orders. The shipping company, however, is responsible for product after it leaves our warehouse. For your protection, please follow these procedures:
  • Carefully inspect each product.
  • Check the shipment against the carrier's delivery receipt to make sure you have received all cartons listed.
  • Have the driver note shortages or damage, even if slight, on the delivery receipt.
  • Immediately after delivery, open all cartons and inspect for concealed damage. If you find any damage, DO NOT discard the cartons or any contents of your package.
  • Please contact us immediately at 04 2502583, and we will assist you further.
